Hello there! My name is Melannie and Mela Creates was born in 2019 after merging what was Girls N' Things with Mad house embroidery, picking up wood work on the way.  Yes, can you say multi-passionate?  Well, while Mela Creates was born just a few years ago, my crafting was born in 2004 with my DIY wedding and in 2006 with the birth of my baby girl. This website is a recollection of all my loves and a work in progress, so stay tuned for all the beautiful things coming your way.
