Shipping policy

Once you receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number, please allow 24-48 hours for a tracking update with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once an item has been shipped and is no longer in our possession the shipping carrier is responsible for said items. Any communication on the location has to be done through their online service.
